Introduction
Lifinity is a decentralized exchange designed to improve capital efficiency and reduce impermanent loss through concentrated liquidity, proactive market making, and rebalancing. The project was launched in November 2021.
Use Cases
Users can trade or deposit assets to Lifinity's pools to earn trading fees. Lifinity's concentrated liquidity aims to reduce slippage for traders and impermanent loss for liquidity providers. On December 26, 2022, Lifinity issued NFTs called Lifinity Flares to seed its liquidity pool.
Tokenomics
Lifinity generates revenue from trading fees and market-making profit. A portion of Lifinity's revenue is used to buy back LFNTY, the protocol's governance token, and a portion is distributed to veLFNTY (vote-escrowed tokens) token holders.
